Posouzení Registru obnovené evidence pozemků v k.ú. Tatranská Lomnica v návaznosti na skutečný stav v terénu

Abstract

The subject of my thesis was to define the basic concepts, to describe legislation, to analyze the state registration of land in the cadastral area Tatra Lomnica and to evaluate mapping fund large scale maps for Slovak, whether it is suitable for conversion from analog to digital form, while maintaining the quality of positional location of the measurements point for work in real estate. In the cadastral area Tatranská Lomnica in 2006 ROEP was processed and was declared the validity in the cadastral operates. ROEP was processed from only a graphic and written material. Processing quality can be assessed only by comparing of the ROEP data with the actual state acquired from direct geodetic measurements. In the present cadastral area it is even more complex because it consists of nine original cadastral areas and each has a different kind of maps and KN maps "určeného operátu". In my thesis I compared the KN map, created in ROEP with control geodetic measurements, which I did on seven selected locations in the field.
