Identifikace psychosociálních rizik u zdravotních sester

Abstract

Nurses are an integral part of the healthcare system, but they face numerous psychosocial risks in their practice that can negatively impact their work well-being and the quality of care provided. This bachelor´s thesis aims to identify key psychosocial risk factors in the work environment of nurses. The theoretical part focuses on concepts and methodological approaches related to this issue. The practical part focuses on the identification of psychosocial risks through a questionnaire survey. The survey results are discussed in the broader context of ensuring OSH and the work well-being of nurses. The thesis should provide new insights into the psychosocial risks faced by nurses and enrich the discussion on the importance of caring for the occupational health.
