Historie těžby na Ostravsku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na historii těžby na Ostravsku. Ostravsko je známé svou těžební činností, která zásadně ovlivnila jak ekonomický, tak sociální vývojr egionu. Cílem této práce je detailní analýza historie těžby na Ostravsku od prvních historických zmínek po současnost.

Práce začíná přehledem historie uhelných zásob v oblasti a následně mapuje vývoj těžby od prvních hornických aktivit v 18. století až po rozvoj průmyslové revoluce v 19.století, který znamenal exponenciální nárůst těžby. Dále se zaměřuje na klíčové technologické inovace, které formovaly těžební průmysl na Ostravsku, včetně zdokumentování vlivu první a druhé světové války na těžbu a následný rozvoj v poválečném období.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the history of mining in the Ostrava region. The Ostrava region is famous for its mining activities, which have significantly influenced both the economic and social development of the region. The aim of this thesis is a detailed analysis of the history of mining in the Ostrava region from the first historical references to the present day.

The thesis begins with an overview of the history of coal reserves in the region and then traces the development of mining from the first mining activities in the 18th century to the development of the Industrial Revolution in the 19th century, which saw an exponential increase in mining. It also focuses on the key technological innovations that shaped the mining industry in Ostrava, including documenting the impact of the First and Second World Wars on mining and subsequent development in the post-war period.
