Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the solution of a new construction of a polyfunctional house in the historical centre of the city of Opava. The building is a part of a newly designed inner block. It communicates with the Upper town square from one side and the idle zone of the inner block from the other. It also allows free passage between these two town-parts. The object contains shops, a small gallery and flats. The work includes a theoretical introduction, a complex construction-technical project for the realistion of the building, chosen construction details and attachments. The work is 51 pages long.
