Abstract

This thesis is concerned with the analysis of the external and internal conditions of the joint stock company of Zlínské stavby. Theoretical solution and consecutive application of selected methods are parts of this work. The current situation of the company, accompanied by the suggestions and recommendation is evaluated with executed analysis. The improvement of manufacturing processes and consolidation of the competitive ability is the main goal of provided suggestions and recommendations. At the request of the management the main attention is given to the financial analysis, which assesses the financial situation of the last years of business activities of the company.
