Aplikace pro mobilní zařízení využívající RESTful API k systému Edison

Abstract

The goal of this bachelor’s thesis was developing mobile application searching contacts in phone book for devices with Android operating system. Application provides personal and room information and diplays them in Google maps with VŠB areas. Additional features include route navigation from the initial to the target room, possibility to add contact to phone, edit contact or view university news. Application uses RESTful API provided by the Center of Information Technologies Technical University of Ostrava (CIT) to search contacts and view news. The thesis also contains UI design and set of test scenarios on the level of testing components and functional tests.
