Abstract
The aim of the diploma thesis „Application of Balanced Scorecard in a manufacturing company“ is to propose a particular approach of the Balanced Scorecard method implementation for the company. The first part is defined to theoretical bases of Balanced Scorecard. In the second part selected methods are applied to a specific company. This diploma thesis contains PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces, Critical Analysis and SWOT analysis. The practical part is aimed at the proposal of the method implementation for the company.
