Inovativní zabezpečení areálu při konání kulturních akcí

Abstract

The Diploma thesis is focused on general security at cultural events applied to a specific area of Dolní Vítkovice. In the second chapter, I present law regulations closely related to the problematics. The third chapter analyzes the behavior of people in the crowd and the main causes affecting crowd. The fourth chapter describes aspects influencing the type of cultural events and their impact on the course. The fifth chapter is dedicated to private security services, as a major representative in the security field at the cultural events. The sixth chapter is devoted to the area of Dolní Vítkovice. The exact location with a map and a basic description of area are mentioned. The seventh chapter summarizes the existing and currently used security. The eighth chapter presents statistical data for use in other chapters. The ninth chapter tests the existing security by delivering forbidden object into tested area. The tenth chapter is dedicated to risk assessment. I find possible risks by application of appropriate methods and I subsequently evaluate these risks. The eleventh chapter brings together information from previous chapters and creates an innovative design of area secutiry for cultural events. In the last chapter I apply the latest innovative features split into three different areas according to the expected number of visitors.
