Abstract

Thesis supervisor: Ing. Kateřina Stejskalová, Ph.D. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the preparation of construction documentation for the execution of an apartment building with a café, within the prescribed scope. The building is designed as a three-storey structure with a partial basement. The thesis is divided into a written part and a drawing part. The written part includes a technical report, a thermal-technical assessment of the roof, floors, and walls, and a structural calculation of a reinforced concrete column. The drawing part comprises an architectural study, construction drawings, and element schedules.
