Posouzení pracovních rizik zámečnické dílny a návrh opatření k ochraně zdraví

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo posouzení a zhodnocení rizik v zámečnické dílně společnosti zaměřené na návrh, servis a opravy hydraulických zařízení a stanovení opatření k ochraně zdraví. Identifikace rizik byla provedena pomocí metody kontrolního seznamu a pro hodnocení rizik byla zvolena bodová metoda vyvinuta Výzkumným ústavem bezpečnosti práce. Na základě tohoto zhodnocení rizik byla navržena technická, organizační a další bezpečnostní opatření, která by měla vést ke zlepšení pracovních podmínek a zvýšení úrovně bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví zaměstnanců při práci.

The aim of this master thesis was examination and risk assessment in a fitter’s workshop of a company that is focused on design, service and repairs of hydraulic devices as well as determination of measures for health protection. The identification of the risks was made by the help of the Checklist method and point method developed by Occupational Safety Research Institute was chosen for the risk assessment. On the basis of this risk assessment there were proposed some technical, organizational and other occupational measures that should lead to an improvement of working conditions as well as to a raise of the standard of the employees’ safety and occupational health protection.
