Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to identify potential scenarios by prognostic methods that could influence the company SportsDirect and demand in the market. Also, create forecasts of selected indicators that the company has been able to react in advance. The theoretical part contains description of STEP methods, scenario methods and time series. In the practical part are applied these methods. At the end of the diploma thesis there are proposals and recommendations resulting from the practical part.
