Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the safety of young firefighters during training and competitions, focusing on the identification of risks and the design of preventive measures for the protection and health of young firefighters. It analyses in detail the age categories, disciplines, safety during transport to competitions and protective measures during training and competitions. The theoretical part of the thesis includes an introduction to fire sport, safety and first aid principles. The practical part is based on real experiences in the firefighting environment, consultations with experts and analysis of injury rates. The output of the work is a set of recommendations for team leaders, coaches and competition organisers, which can serve as a basis for improving safety standards in fire sport.
