Abstract

MAKOVÁ, B: Residential building in Ostrava. Ostrava 2023. Diploma thesis. VŠB – Technical university of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Building Constructions, 125 pages, thesis supervisor: prof. Ing. Kubečková Darja, Ph.D.

The goal of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of partial project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Ostrava according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation. The content of this project documentation is the drawing part and technical reports according to the attached thesis assignment.

Part of the diploma thesis is also a technical assessment of perimeter constructions and energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011). The last part of the thesis is the static design, calculation, and assessment of the steel construction of the balcony.

A study of an apartment building was used as the basis for the thesis from the subject Project I. and Project II. from the academic year 2022/2023 prepared under the guidance of prof. Ing. Kubečková Darja, Ph.D..
