Abstract
The diploma thesis is focused on the financial analysis of Ostravské komunikace, a.s. through the years 2013 – 2019. The work is divided into two parts – the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part defines the theoretical basis of financial analysis and methods of financial analysis. In the practical part, the analyzed company is first introduced and then the analyzes are processed, which are described in the theoretical part. Based on the results of the analyzes, proposals and recommendations are accepted.
