Bakteriální loužení surovin s obsahem uranu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou uranu, jeho získáváním v České republice a ve světě, a také způsoby jeho úpravy. Poté se práce zaměřuje na využití bakterií při získávání uranu nebo při sanaci po těžbě uranu. Pro tyto účely se jeví jako vhodné bakterie z rodu Pseudomonas a Achromobacter a bakterie Leptospirillum ferrooxidans a Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans.

The thesis deal with characterization of uranium, its obtaining in Czech republic and in foreign countries and also the ways of its correction. Then the thesis is concentrate on bacteria a their use for obtaining uranium or use at decontamination after uranium mining. Bacteria from genus Pseudomonas and Achromobacter and bakteria Leptospirillum ferrooxidans a Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans appear to be suitable for these application.
