KAIZEN a jeho možnosti využití v podnikové praxi

Abstract

Bakalárska práca s názvom Kaizen a jeho možnosti využitia v podnikovej praxi v strojárskej spoločnosti INA Kysuce a.s., je rozdelená na tri základné časti. V prvej časti je vysvetlený pojem Kaizen , koncept neustáleho zlepšovania na všetkých úrovniach organizácie. V druhej časti je predstavená spoločnosť INA Kysuce a.s. je tu popísaný súčasný stav neustáleho zlepšovania v organizácií. Posledná časť bakalárskej práce je venovaná analýze prestavby šesťvretenového sústruhu a hľadanie opatrení, ktoré prispievajú k riešeniu danej problematiky.

The Bachelor thesis called Kaizen and its possibilities of use in the plant practice in the engineering company INA Kysuce Inc., is divided into the three basic parts. In the first part, there is the notion Kaizen explained, and the concept of constant improvement on every level of the organization. In the second part, the company INA Kysuce is introduced with its description of the present condition of constant improvement in the organization. The last part of the bachelor´s thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the six spindle turning machine overhaul and to the measures finding, which contribute to resolve existing issue.
