Abstract

Evaluation of the financial health of the construction company uses methods and tools to assess the economic situation. Diagnosis is based on knowledge society across the spectrum of its surroundings and internal functioning. The financial analysis evaluates the status of past developments on the financial statements. Results of analysis can predict the future development of the company with regard to market expectations. As a result, the suggestions, measures and curative treatment for the company, leading to its economic and financial improvements.
