Abstract

Strategic analysis is a process when information related to particular company are being gathered and then analysed and evaluated. The aim of this Thesis is to based on the stategic analysis in the conditions of the DHL company recongnize factors that affect internal and external company environment. The first chapter focuses on to give an idea of strategic analysis, to define basic concepts and apprise of used tools of strategic analysis. The main subject of the second part is an introduction to DHL in which conditions will be performed strategic analysis. The chapter is also dedicated to define the industry in which the company conducts its business, to vision, mission and currect company strategy. The third chapter applies to practical execution of internal and external environment analysis of the company. This chapter is followed by forth part which is an evaluation of individual analysis and supplemented with suggestions and recommendations.
