Ocenění majetku vybrané společnosti v souvislosti se změnou právní formy podnikání

Abstract

The aim of this work is to evaluate the equity of a general partnership and assess the value of net assets in a current year 2011. The value of the net assets will represent a basis for estimation of a maximum possible value of share capital of a limited liability company that would be created after the transformation of the general partnership. The first half of the diploma thesis contains a description of historical development of the company and a complex offer of project, engineering and execution services. The second part of the thesis provides a valuation of the equity of the company in 2007 - 2011 in order to assess the advancement of the company and its economic and market progress.
