Sebehodnocení strojírenské organizace dle vybraných kritérií EFQM Modelu Excellence.

Abstract

In the present world of the increasing pressure towards competition, there is a big tendence of european companies to apply models of the corporate excellence. EFQM Excellence Model is one of the models which is still more widespread in companies in Europe. Target of my thesis is identification of weaknesses of VOP CZ, s.p. with the aid of self – assessment towards selected criterions Excellence Model. In theoretical part I described in detail updated version of Excellence Model 2010, logic of dynamic method of evaluation RADAR and self-assessment method. Practical part contain self-assessment of VOP CZ, s.p. based on criterions workers and evaluation according to CAF model. For compare, evaluation was performed by matrice RADAR and I identified strenghts and weaknesses of VOP CZ, s.p.. Conclusion of my thesis contains various measure to improve.
