Posouzení výkonnosti společnosti Deza v rámci koncernu Agrofert

Abstract

In this diploma thesis the performance assessment of Deza Company within chemical companies of Agrofert concern was carried out. Deza company was compared namely with companies CS Cabot, Fatra, Precheza, Synthesia and Lovochemie. Firstly, in the theoretical part, financial indicators used for company assessment were showed. Non-financial method and Balanced Scorecard method were also described. Balanced Scorecard is a comprehensive method of performance assessment of company. In the practical part, all companies were evaluated by financial analysis and economic values added. Company Deza was assessed by Balanced Scorecard as well. In conclusion, Deza Company belongs to the top performance companies within Agrofert Concern.
