Abstract

This work deals with the wireless technology IEEE 802.11 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. Wireless networks are nowadays very extended and used mainly for Internet connection. The work introduces readers with the basic terms related to issues of wireless networks, network types, accessible standards, security and network management options. In the next section, the paper approximate the problems of the existing network, their measurement and simulation. It proposes to procedure for solving the existing school buildings of poor signal coverage and thus to facilitate access to the Internet.
