Revitalizace lesoparku Benátky a Hulváckého kopce

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh revitalizace lesoparku Benátky a Hulváckého kopce, spočívající ve vytvoření vhodného konceptu ztvárnění prostoru s ohledem na všechny stávající limity a funkční využití dané územním plánem. Návrh tvoří textová a grafická část, obsahuje 3 varianty řešení, které jsou pojaty koncepčně urbanisticko - krajinářsky. Textová část popisuje nutná teoretická východiska návrhu, lokální historii, popis současného stavu území a majetkoprávní vztahy. Dále popisuje varianty řešení a jejich posouzení SWOT analýzou. Nejvhodnější varianta je rozpracovaná detailněji z urbanistického, technického a provozního hlediska. Je taktéž doplněná o stručné ekonomické zhodnocení. Grafická část obsahuje výkresy současného stavu, limitů území, návrh konceptu ve variantním řešení, detailní rozpracování vybrané varianty a vizualizaci.

The topic of the thesis is a design proposal of revitalization of the forest park Benátky and Hulvácký kopec based on creation of suitable space concept interpretation with respect to all of the current limits and functional use stated by the local plan. The proposal consists of a theoretical and graphical part and includes three solution options with urban landscape concept. The theoretical part deals with proposal solutions, local history, description of the current area conditions and relations of property rights. Further the solution variants and their SWOT analysis evaluation are described. The most suitable option is elaborated with respect to the urban, technical and operational details. Further, a brief economic evaluation is added. The graphical part consists of current state designs, area limits illustrations, a concept of variant solution, a detailed elaboration of the most suitable option and a visualization.
