Costs Control in Company RON Software , s.r.o

This diloma thesis is focused on cost management in RON Software ,spol. s r.o. The theoretical part attends to costs above all, financial analysis aims at financial ratios (liquidity ratio, debt ratio, activity ratio, profitability ratio)and budget plan. In the theoretical part of the thesis is proposed the budget plan of costs and the cost analysis of the company.
