Name of student: Bc. Petr Moravec Title of thesis: Legal, Economic and Marketing Factors Affecting the Entry of Czech Entity into the Russian Market The main task of this work is to analyse the entry of the Czech entity onto the Russian market. The first part describes the basic characteristics of the Russian market. The second part focuses on defining the factors affecting businesses entering foreign markets. The third chapter outlines the basic forms of the entities entering the Russian market and the last chapter models the entry onto the Russian market.
