Abstract

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of internal losses due to insufficient quality in a company from the automotive industry. The thesis is divided into seven parts: the first part is an introduction, the second part briefly describes the characteristics of the company, and the third part covers the theoretical background in the field of quality analysis. The fourth part elaborates on the approaches and methods used for processing the topic. In the fifth part, internal losses due to insufficient quality are analysed in detail, including information about the product, control activities within the company, nonconformities, and more. The sixth part proposes recommendations and directions for solving the identified problems. Finally, the work is concluded with a summary.
