Zhodnocení řízení procesů ve společnosti OZO Ostrava s.r.o.

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je prostřednictvím metod zhodnotit současnou situaci podniku v oblasti procesů, které zde probíhají a navrhnout vhodná doporučení či řešení, která by přispěla k celkovému rozvoji společnosti a upevnila tak její pozici na trhu. V teoretické části diplomové práce budou nejprve rozebrány pojmy, které s problematikou procesů úzce souvisí a které je potřeba znát. Do teoretické části autor zahrnul také charakteristiku společnosti OZO Ostrava s.r.o. Bude představen předmět podnikání, vize, organizační struktura a služby společnosti. Postupně autor přechází k aplikační části, která nese název „Zhodnocení procesů v podniku“. Tato kapitola v sobě zahrnuje shromažďování a skladování, služby společnosti a dále pak ty procesy, které byly vysvětleny také v teoretické části. Autor se zaměří na přepravu a zpracování odpadů, dále pak na plány společnosti, úzká místa a v neposlední řadě na situační analýzu. Využita bude například analýza PEST, analýza sektorů zákazníků, dodavatelů a konkurentů. Po vyhodnocení těchto faktorů budou stanoveny návrhy a doporučení, které by měly pomoci společnosti OZO Ostrava s.r.o. upevnit pozici na trhu, přispět k dalšímu rozvoji a zlepšení procesů, které jsou ve společnosti doposud zavedeny.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate by means of methods the current situation of a company in the area of processes, which are carried out there, and to suggest suitable recommendations and solutions which would contribute to complex development of the company and strengthen its position in the market. First, in the theoretical part of the thesis terms will be analysed, which are closely connected to the issue of processes and which are necessary to be known. In the theoretical part, the author has also included the characterization of the company OZO Ostrava s.r.o. Its subject of enterprise, vision, organization structure and services of the company will be introduced. The author gradually continues with the application part, which is called „The evaluation of processes in the company“. This chapter comprises of collecting and storing, services of the company and also the processes which have been explained in the theoretical part. The author focuses on the transportation and processing of waste, also on the plans of the company, constraints, and last but not least the situation analysis. For instance PEST analysis, analysis of customer sectors, suppliers and competitors will be used. After the evaluation of these factors, suggestions and recommendations will be set, which should help the company OZO s.r.o. to strengthen its position in the market, contribute to its further development and to the improvement of processes which have been implemented in the company so far.
