Abstract

Solution of bachelor thesis consist of making construction project documentation of apartment building for construction permit. Expart of this thesis consists of technological process of masonry, time schedule and itemized budget. Free standing apartment building is designed as masonry building system using system Porotherm [4] and has three above ground floor. In ground floor is situated technical background of this building, four covered parking spaces, warehouses of each flats, carriage room and cleanig room. On second and third floor are ampartments and one storage room. Second part of this thesis consit of technological process of masonry of a brick building, itemized budget, time schedule, thermal engineering assesment.
