Abstract

The presented diploma thesis deals with the issue of exercise of local authority emergency management when coping with the ice glaze impacts. In the first part there is information on exercise of emergency management authority and emergency team operating in munici-pality with extended powers in the Czech republic. In the next part there are ice glaze im-pacts in the area, knowledge and experience in removing these impacts in the Czech repub-lic and abroad. The last part deals with creating a concept of exercise of emergency ma-nagement authority scenario when removing ice glaze impacts. The goal of this thesis is creating a study of exercise of local authority emergency management when coping with ice glaze impacts.
