Odpady vznikající při výrobě předních světlometů v KOITO CZECH s.r.o. Žatec

Abstract

Bachelor thesis focuses on waste occurrence and on waste treatment in the production plant Koito Czech s.r.o., which produces headlamps for car industry. In the first part, there is presented the company profile, its environmental policy and characteristics of production. The second part focuses on the production process, waste occurrence and on treatment of waste at production of headlamps individual components. In the following chapters, there is comparison of the totally generated waste in the whole company and waste amount per one produced lamp. In the final part of the thesis, there is presented a proposal for reduction of the mostly generated waste material including calculation of costs saving for the company.
