Abstract
Bachelor thesis titled Responsibility of Employer fo Accidents at work and Occupational disease is composed of two basic parts. The objective of theoretical part is to describe legistlation of health and safety at work, responsibility of employer, prevention at work and insurance. The practical part analyzes compensation of accidents at work an occupational disease at OKD a.s. The objective of bachelor thesis is to summarize current knowledge, because this issue is always up to date.
