Nová Radnice ve Slezské Ostravě - Úřad sociálních služeb

Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby Úřadu Sociálních služeb situovaného v městském obvodě Slezská Ostrava. Podkladem pro zpracování této dokumentace byla urbanistická studie (ATT III.), architektonická studie (ATT IV.) a dokumentace pro stavební povolení (ATT Va.). Cílem návrhu bylo vytvořit stavbu, která by maximálně sloužila svému účelu ve všech jeho formách, estetické, technické i ekonomické. Objekt je navržen jako samostatná budova a současně část nové budovy radnice. Jeho forma je moderní a vyjadřuje samostatnost úřadu, ale i potřebnou návaznost na zbylé funkce radnice. V přízemí řešeného objektu se nachází přepážkový provoz úřadu, ve vyšších patrech se pak nacházejí jednotlivé kanceláře. Ve třetím podlaží je možné přejít do hlavní budovy radnice.

The subject of my thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of the Department of Public Welfare bulding located in the district Silesian Ostrava. The basis for processing this documentation was an urban study (ATT III), architectural study (ATT IV) and documentation for buiding permit (ATT Va). the goal of this project was to create a structure that would serve it’s purpose to the maximum in all it’s forms - aesthetical, technical and economical. The building was designed as a solitary as well as a part of a bigger complex with the building of the New City Hall. The form of the complex are two collapsed structures seemingly supporting each other thus forming a passageway beneath as well as inside them. On the ground floor are situated counter workstations for dealing with everyday needs and on the 2nd and 3rd floor are offices suited best for more private meetings.
