Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the opportunity of energetic as well as economical using of landfill gas which is produced on the landfills. I describe guiding principles of the landfill founding and related legislation.
Furthermore I describe methods of landfill gas production, active gas release, the combustion in cogeneration unit and consequently production of electricity generation.
In my bachelor thesis I result from practical using of this technology on the landfill SONO PLUS Ltd. in Úpohlavy
