Abstract
The bachelor´s thesis is entitled „Small and medium-sized enterprise”. Specifically, the work is aimed at establishing a fictitious company with limited lability in the village Hať. The main subject and the objective is to determine what social, sporting or cultural events and activities in the village are missing by analysis of the village and its surrounding and on the basis of this fact to establish a fictitious company with limited liability and help to develop the village Hať.
Bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts, which includes theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical section are described all the basic information needed to understand the issues and practical knowledge are applied to the specific example of a limited liability company FITNESS STUDIO BABS, Ltd. in the village Hať.
