Abstract
The Bachelor´s thesis s focused on comparison of organisation work in Horská služba (Mountain Rescue Service) in the Czech Republic with selected countries. Based on obtained differences to suggest the changes for the Horská služba in the Czech Republic.
I have worked up a basic description of the Horská služba in the Czech Republic, and descriptions of the similar organisations in the selected countries. Then I have compiled the comparison, and followed these I have suggested the changes and improvement for the Horská služba in the Czech Republic with national acceptance including any changes in the Moravia-Silesia Region relevance.
