The content of diploma thesis is a project of a new boarding house in the scope of building realization and design of project documentation for sanitary installations. Focus is on the internal water supply, design of facilities for operation of wellness pool and pool heating system. The project also addresses infiltration of rainwater and using renewable energy for hot water heating.

The thesis is composed of two parts, text and technical drawings.
