Abstract

This bachelor thesis describes the preparatory and construction works carried out before the planned change of the horizon for loader ZP6600/86 in Vršany quarry. The thesis characterises the area of interest, geological conditions and technological equipment of the quarry, outlining the history of the internal hopper and its prospects for the future. The thesis describes the disassembly as well as the assembly of belt conveyors, transport of the driving stations, conveyer carriages. Furthermore, the thesis presents the estimated economic evaluation resulting from the planned works that have to be executed before putting the loader into operation on the higher horizon of loading.
