Abstract

In the first part of my study I worked on theoretical search which deals with education and development of personality. I used the information as a base for the very analysis. In the practical part I described running of this educational and expanding system in Biocel Paskov (a.s. – joint-stock company). I narrated how needs, tasks, plans and realization of education is specified. I was co-operating with the head of the OPaK. I derived from the internal documents and I prepared the questionnaires for workforce to investigate their system. I looked into three courses of study: system as a whole, computing technology and courses of foreign languages. After considering of questionnaires, there were partial problems: irrelevant information, low knowledge of computers. I was interested in efficiency of using knowledge of foreign languages. I wanted to know if it would be worth to renew these courses, in case of financial rising. In finally I suggested some recommendation to eliminate these problems.
