Abstract
The thesis deals with a concept of a Single Operation Dispatching Centre at the airport. It focuses primarily on operational management, and its operative, safety and security units of the airport. The work further describes the Integrated safety centre, which includes Dispatch hall that would be optimal to create at the airport. In the conclusive chapter, current and proposed workplace is being compared with the SWOT method.
