Abstract
The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of recruitment and selection of employees in a selected organization. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts for theoretical-methodical and application-verification. In the first part is described process of recruitment and selection of employees on the base of technical literature. In the second part are described the current process of recruiting and selecting employees in selected organization. The aim of this thesis is improved and qualitied.
