Návrh pravidel pro uložení hotových výrobků na expedičním skladu středojemné válcovny

Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to propose effective storing finished products in expedition warehouse medium-section rolling mill and by comparison with original state evaluate the potential contributions. The diploma thesis was written with cooperation with ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. company. The theoretical part includes the storing, the warehouse function and methodology of time consumption. The second part of the thesis describes postmanufacturig processes, the description of contemporary state on dispatching warehouse Medium-Section Rolling Mill and determination of weak places. Various solutions are proposed for eliminating chosen weak spots, which is a group of rules for storing products in warehouse. In the last chapter, there is the evaluation of the chosen proposal by comparison with the contemporary state.
