Abstract
In this thesis deals with the characterization of vegetable oils and their valid legislation, comparing the recycling of vegetable oil in Spain and the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the technological processing of vegetable oils and then put into practice in the form of research and practical results.
