Analýza možných vad ocelových odlitků

Abstract

The subject of my thesis is an analysis of possible defects of steel castings, inclusive evaluation of possible risks caused by these defects. The FMEA methodology is applied in an engineering company, which is among others engaged in production of steel castings. The theoretical part is dedicated to analyse of current approach of quality planning, technological process of steel casting production and the usage of FMEA methodology of product as well as process. Single phases of production process and the application of FMEA methodology at production of screw segment castings are described in the practical part. The results evaluation and determination of proposed measures are introduced in the closing part.
