The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the solution of heating a family house in Stará Ves nad Ondřejnicí using an air / water heat pump and solar thermal collector technology. With this technology, a variant with hot water heating and also a variant combining hot water heating with additional heating were made. This work is divided into two parts. The first part contains the solution of project documentation for the construction in the range for technical equipment of buildings meeting all required standards and requirements. The second part, dealing with the technical equipment of buildings, deals with the heating of the building, including hot water heating.
For heating the family house, a hot water heating system using plate radiators in both residential floors is designed. The heat source is an air /water heat pump. A combination of the use of a heat pump and solar thermal collectors located on the roof of the building is used to heat hot water. Part of the design of solar thermal collectors is also the balancing of solar thermal systems for the needs of the New Green Savings C.3.1 and C.3.2 program. The work includes thermal technical assessment of structures, calculation of heat losses of the building and making an energy label of the building envelope.
