Abstract

The Bachelor thesis deals with the issue building of social services passportization. The first chapter explains the benefits of the introduction passportization in buildings within the life cycle of buildings. Next follow chapters on the condition survey, data on facility management, software support, and methodology of data structures. The last charter contains a practical part of this thesis. He is the object of social pasport processing services, which is Domov U jezera in Hlučín. There is a description of the specified object, the procedure of processing of passports from the collection of information through data input into pit-FM software to output from the program in the form of tables. Extent of this bachelor is 39 numbered pages.
