Návrh měření celkové efektivity zařízení ve výrobní firmě

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to propose measuring of overall equipment effectiveness in the production company PAPCEL, a.s. Methods used in the thesis are an analysis of internal documents, a planned observation and a measurement, a modelling and an interview with employees. The theoretical part is focused on defining of indicators of overall equipment effectiveness, including a methodology of calculation, the inclusion of this indicator within the logistics concepts and defining own steps of a process. In the practical part of this thesis the implementation indicators of overall equipment effectiveness are designed to the company PAPCEL, a.s., including the implementation of the calculation of both provided and measured data. Finally, there is a summary of the results and the appropriate proposals and recommendations for the successful implementation of OEE.
