Prověření ekonomické výkonnosti v konkrétní firmě

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je prověřit ekonomickou výkonnost firmy. Teoreticko-metodická část je zaměřena na postup řešení zadaného úkolu, dále shrnuje současný přístup k problematice měření výkonnosti, metody pro posouzení výkonnosti včetně návrhů na implementaci klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu firemního společenství z hlediska čtyř perspektiv BSC a analýzu identifikovaných vnitrofiremních problémů, identifikaci ověřených ukazatelů výkonnosti a návrhy na řešení popsaných problémů.

The objective of this thesis is verification of economic performance in particular firm. The theoretical and methodological part is focused on the solution procedure of given task, summarization the current approach to the issue of performance measurement, performance assessment methods, including proposals for the implementation of key performance indicators. The practical part contains an analysis of the corporate community according to four perspectives of BSC and analysis of identified internal company problems, identification of verified performance indicators and proposals for solving the described problems.
