Abstract

VŠB-TU Ostrava. 2015. 59 s This thesis deals with an analysis of risks in outdoor storage technology of liquids. In the first part the legal requirements relating to the storage and transportation of liquids are briefly outlined. Furthermore, the causes of possible accidents in terms of technology of bottling, storing and pumping PHM and operational liquids. In the last part, the analysis of all risk, that could possible arise during respective processes, was conducted. The analysis “What-if…” was employed to indentify accidental situations and their affects, and subsequently to propose the respective approaches for eliminating those risks. Consequently, the FMEA analysis was employed to indicate the most important accidental situations. Based on the identified sources of risks, the appropriate technical and organizational measures for securing outdoor storage of liquids being transported to a manufacturing hall were proposed.
