The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the announcement of the construction or for the issuance of a building permit according to Annex No. 12 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. and for the construction according to Annex No. 13 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. The basis for the preparation of this thesis was an architectural study, which was prepared in the course Architecture Design Studio I in the academic year 2019/2020. Subsequently, this study was further elaborated in the course Architecture Design Studio V and the drawing documentation was prepared in the course Architecture Design Studio Va in the academic year 2021/2022. The bachelor‘s thesis focuses on the design of a family semi-detached house in the village of Dobrá. One part of the family semi-detached house is designed for a family of four. It is a non-basement two-storey building with a flat roof. The family semi-detached house is divided into two construction objects (SO01 and SO02). This bachelor‘s thesis text part contains the project documentation with an accompanying report and a technical report. Annexes part contains the drawing documentation of the family semi-detached house and the architectural detail dealing with the solution of the part of interior.
