dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze konkurence na trhu restauračních zařízení, konkrétně restauračnímu zařízení Cafe Bar Ellis a jeho konkurentům. Analýza konkurence je provedena prostřednictvím marketingového výzkumu, metodou mystery shopping. Cílem práce je charakterizovat trh restauračních zařízení ve městě Karviná, zjistit silné a slabé stránky konkurentů a tyto informace dále využít pro lepší konkurenceschopnost Cafe Baru Ellis.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis is about analysis of competition on restaurants’ market, specifically the Cafe Bar Ellis and its competitors. The analysis of the competitors had been realised by marketing research by the method of mystery shopping. The aim of my work is to describe the restaurants’ market in the town of Karvina, to find out the strengths and weaknesses of competitors and use the information for the better competitiveness of Cafe Bar Ellis.en
